The filter sand tank and the water pump are inseparable brothers in the normal water treatment project. They can be seen in many industries such as swimming pool engineering, circulating water aquaculture engineering, flowing water aquaculture engineering, environmental water treatment, urban sewage treatment, drinking water treatment and many other industries. However, according to the sales experience of Chiba Water Equipment for many years, a small problem will occur when the customer configures the filter sand tank and the water pump. We carry out some necessary analysis on these small problems.
2. The difference between the ejection filter sand tank and the side exit filter sand tank. In fact, there is no difference in their internal structure. The functions are the same, the only difference is the position of the sand cylinder head. Because some customers have low installation space characteristics, only side-out filter sand tanks are applicable. Or because the side-out filter sand tank is more convenient for manual operation. However, the price of the ejector filter sand cylinder is relatively low due to mold development and other reasons. This makes customers generally choose to eject the filter sand tank.
3. The location of the water pump. In addition to self-priming pumps on the market. General centrifugal water pumps have no suction lift in theory. When installing, the position of the water pump should be lower than at least not higher than the level of the water body of equal treatment.
Fourth, the flatness of the ground between the equipment. When the sand tank is installed with sand, the overall weight is very large. At this time, the ground on which the sand tank is placed is required to maintain a certain level of level. Because the base of the filter sand tank is designed on a very flat ground, if the ground in the equipment room is uneven after installation, it will cause the filter sand base to deform.
5. Antifreeze in winter. When the filter sand tank is not in use in winter, all the water in it should be drained through the lower drain valve. To prevent the water from freezing and swelling in the cylinder and breaking the sand cylinder.
